ERRATUM Vol. 70, No. 2, June 2002: Correspondence by Markandeya, et al. Page 125, Fig. 1, "Hyperpigmented patch over the back." should read "Hypopigmented patch over the back.", and page 126, "Coimabtore" should read "Coimbatore."
